Our Approach: 3 Phases
Phase 1 is the AI Quickscan. In two weeks, we map the AI opportunities for your organization. We interview stakeholders, analyze existing processes and data, and identify the areas with the highest potential for AI automation. The result is a clear overview of opportunities, including an estimate of impact and feasibility per use case. The Quickscan is accessible, fast, and gives you a concrete starting point.
Phase 2 is the strategic roadmap. Based on the Quickscan, we develop an AI roadmap with prioritized use cases. We order them based on four criteria: expected ROI, technical feasibility, strategic value, and implementation speed. The roadmap contains a concise project plan for each use case with scope, required resources, timeline, and budget. This gives you a clear decision basis to create internal support.
Phase 3 is implementation. Once priorities are set, we build the AI solutions. Our consultants remain involved as project lead and quality guardian, while our development team handles the technical implementation. We work in two-week sprints with demos after each sprint. The consultant acts as a bridge between your business team and our developers, ensuring the solution always aligns with business goals.
AI Readiness Assessment
Before investing in AI, it is essential to know where you stand. Our AI Readiness Assessment evaluates four dimensions of your organization to determine how ready you are for AI adoption and which steps are needed to start successfully.
The first dimension is data maturity. We evaluate the quality, availability, and structure of your data. Does your organization have sufficient relevant data? Is this data clean, structured, and accessible? Are there data silos that need to be integrated? Many AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of poor data quality. We identify these bottlenecks upfront.
The second dimension is process maturity: are your business processes documented, standardized, and measurable? AI works best when processes are clear and consistent. The third dimension is team skills: what is the current AI knowledge level within your organization and what training is needed? The fourth dimension is the tech stack: which systems do you use, how modern are they, and how well can they be integrated with AI solutions? Workshops & Training
Successful AI adoption starts with knowledge. Our workshops and training programs are designed to bring every level within your organization up to speed on the possibilities and limitations of AI. From C-level executives who need to make strategic decisions, to operational teams who will work with AI tools daily.
Our executive workshop for management lasts half a day and focuses on AI strategy: what AI can and cannot do, how to determine ROI, what risks exist, and how to manage AI projects. Participants leave the workshop with a clear picture of opportunities for their organization and a framework to evaluate AI initiatives.
For teams, we offer hands-on workshops of one to two days. Participants work with real AI tools on their own business data. They learn to write prompts, evaluate output, and effectively deploy AI in their daily work. The curriculum is custom-developed for your industry and use cases. After the workshop, participants receive reference materials and access to a Q&A session after two weeks to share experiences and address questions.
